REPOSITIONING AN ICONIC SPECIALTY BRAND
Pier 1 had a rich and storied retail history but in the 2010s had lost its way chasing competitors. As part of a major restructure, I was brought in as a key collaborator to drive the repositioning: bringing Pier 1 back to its roots as a catalyst for customers' creativity.
I partnered with Sandra Ranke & Jenn McClain to deliver a fresh strategy and identity expression in three short months.
