THE RETAIL SUPERBOWL
After RueLaLa's acquisition of Gilt, a once-mighty competitor in the flash-sale space, the company decided to strategically consolidate its product assortment across both the RueLaLa and Gilt properties, offering members of each (and both) the same merchandise no matter where they shopped. The brands needed to further differentiate themselves from one another as a result.
I partnered with Sandra Ranke to deliver a fresh expression with unique codes for a diverse range of product categories—from home furnishings to luxury leather goods and apparel to athleisure and lingerie.
